Doris Lee White, 76, was peacefully called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 6, 2008.
She was predeceased by her son, Robert C. White; and brother, Charles T. Lee Jr.
She is survived by her children, Leroy White (Darlene), Debra M. Roberson, Malachi White Jr. (Charlene); their father, Malachi White Sr.; five grandchildren, Kirstin Walker, Robert II, LeKiesha, Kenneth and Makyla White; two great-grandchildren, Madison and Jaden; sisters, Ernestine Saunders (Charles), Peggy Richardson (Jerome); brothers, Alfred (Patricia), Howard (Rev. Agnes) Lee; sisters-in-law, Dr. Marion Lee and Esther W. Randolph; aunt, Deacon Esther Patterson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Remains viewed on Saturday, September 13, 2008, 12 noon, at Trinity Baptist Church, 2811 Fendall Ave., where funeral services conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2008. Rev. A. Lincoln James officiated. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
