On Friday, Sept. 5, 2008, Maggie took her own life for unknown reasons. She was born on Feb. 25, 1993. She attended school in Southlake, until this year when she was enrolled at The Clariden School.
God gave Maggie many talents--drawing, painting, sculpting, singing, acting and a deep love for people and animals. Maggie's life bubbled out freely, beautifully and spontaneously--you couldn't help but be drawn to her. As an artist, her work showed deep feelings that touched most of us in a special way. She was a passionate advocate of those less fortunate, both people and animals. Her work included coaching basketball for special needs young people, and a constant effort to rescue and rehabilitate animals.

Maggie's close family includes her parents, Ward and Diedra Flora, and her brother, Sam Flora.
