Charles Elliott Bisby was born to Elliott Hiram Bisby and Susan Arwilda (Seslar) Bisby in Deep Water, Deer Park, Harrisburg, Texas. He worked in the Dry Cleaning Business most of his life in Houston, Texas. He married Mary Louella Smith and together they had three children. Eleanor Sue Bisby the oldest child is burried here with him,Joseph Brice Bisby, Sr. his youngest child and the Middle child Charles Boynton Bisby.
