Clara Sue Perry, 96, of Muskogee, OK, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at Eastgate Village, Muskogee.
Clara was born January 16, 1912 in Monroe, OK. She was a retired school teacher.
Services will be Friday, September 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Evans Chapel of Memories in Poteau, OK. Reverend Jimmy D. Cook will officiate. Interment will be in Old Bokoshe Cemetery, Bokoshe, OK.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Donal W. and Bea Perry of Wagoner, OK, grandchildren; Michael W. Perry of Ft. Gibson, OK, Alan W. Perry of Muskogee, OK, Michelle K. Perry of Ft. Gibson, OK and Linda Wofford of Wagoner, OK, great grandchildren; Jarrod Riley, Megan Burkett, Aaron Robbins, Dylan Perry, Jordon Simpson, Cole Perry, Matt Wofford and Brad Wofford, great-great grandchildren; Cayden Burkett, Dylan Wofford, Matthew Wofford, Rhiannon Wofford, Evan Wofford and Michael Wofford. Numerous other relatives and loved ones and many beloved friends.
Clara is preceded in death by her husband, Samuel E. Perry; 4 brothers, Foresst, Curtis, Clovis and Mann Weatherford; a sister Victoria Black and her parents, William and Anna Cleo (Broderick) Noal.
Pallbearers will be Alan Perry, Michael Perry, Jarrod Riley, Tim Pierson, Kyle Pierson and Keith Pierson.
Arrangements are under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home, Poteau, OK.
