Grace was a respected town historian of Schuylerville. She wrote 4 small books on various sections of the town and helped in the development of the Van Derwerker family book. She was the daughter of John H and Ida M.(Thomson) Van Derwerker. She married John Ball Van Derwerker at Lake George,NY in 1905 and had 4 children. After the death of her first husband she married two more times. Secondly to Capt. Robert Joseph Leddick and thirdly to Guilt Everts. She and Guilt Everts also have markers at Forest Hill Cemetery, Haines City, Polk County, Florida. This gravesite is therefore a cenotaph since her actual burial is in Florida #53128643. Leaving both entries makes it appear that she is her own sibling.
