ARMSTRONG FUNERAL TO BE HELD TUESDAY

Funeral service for Sergeant George W. Armstrong, whose body is being returned here for reburial from the military cemetery at Margraten, Holland, will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday at the Fentress Mortuary Chapel with Rev. G.W. Hardcastle, pastor of the New Bethel Assembly of God Church, officiating. Burial will be at National Cemetery with full military honors.

Sergeant Armstrong was the son of Mr. and Mrs. R.M. Armstrong of Fort Smith. He was sent overseas during the last war with the armed services and died March 24, 1945, in Germany.

Survivors besides the parents include a brother, R.M. Armstrong Jr., Fort Smith; and four sisters, Mrs. M.C. Jett, Van Buren, Mrs. W.R. Myers, Sallisaw, Oklahoma and Mrs. Max Garrett and Mrs. Jack Henderson, both of Fort Smith.
