DAINGERFIELD - Services for Irma Lea Black, 82, of Daingerfield, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at Nail-Haggard Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Jim Rawlins and Duane Turner officiating. Burial will be in Omaha City Cemetery under the direction of Nail-Haggard Funeral Home.

Mrs. Black was born November 15, 1925, in Egypt, Texas, to James B. and Gladys McDuffie Willtrout. She died Saturday, September 6, 2008, in Mount Pleasant. She was a homemaker and a member of Hillcrest Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her sons, William Douglas Black Jr. of Daingerfield, James Black of Hughes Springs and Stanley Wayno Black of Daingerfield; daughter, Laura Williams of Daingerfield; sisters, Lena Esposito of Ontario, Calif., and Reita Clayton of Omaha, Texas; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and special friends, Sherry Fitzgerald, Betty Wilson and Goldie Waldon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William Douglas Black; daughter, Mary Elaine Ferrell; brother, Don J. Willtrout; sisters, Nettie Lou Savage and Jean Witherspoon; and grandson, James "Nutt" Johnson.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, September 8, 2008, at the Nail-Haggard Funeral Home in Daingerfield.
