Clifford Riley, 73, native of St. Paul, Minn., and member of Biloxi VA Center since April, 1952, died at 11:15 p.m. Saturday. He was a World War I veteran and was a civil engineer. He is survived by his wife, Sallie Ward Riley, Acworth, Ga., a daughter, Mrs. Jacquelin McCoy, Atlanta. Burial will be in VA Cemetery with services 10:30 a.m. Tuesday by Chaplain N.D. Saucier.
