The family of Mr. Nerison extended an invitation to join them in the church for refreshments and fellowship following the funeral service before leaving for Hills.
Henry I. Nerison died Monday at the Sioux Valley Hospital.
Henry was born in Hills, Minnesota, and married Edna Shafer Oct. 19, 1922 in Sioux Falls. He retired as an executive of Tuthill Lumberyards in 1963.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Gary, Oswego, OR; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Sexauer, Brookings, SD, and Mrs. Les Scherschligt, Sioux Falls; a brother, Ove, Sioux Falls; four sisters, Mrs. Cora Viste, Sioux Falls, Mrs. Amanda Newgard, New Hartland, MN, Mrs. Evelyn Childs, Fairmont, MN, and Elaine Geise, Jaspar, MN; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mr. Nerison is preceded in death by one daughter, Meryle.
