He was born Sept. 11, 1936, on the family farm in Scott County, to Otto Henry and Alice Bennett Geeseka.
A Garden City resident since 1989, moving from Scott City, Mr. Geeseka was a farmer/stockman and had later worked at the NAPA auto parts store and as a mini bus driver for the Senior Center of Finney County. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Garden City and served two terms as deacon at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Scott City.
Graveside service was at Scott County Cemetery in Scott City.
