MARSHALL, Texas, Sept. 17—Frank Alford, 40, died Saturday [September 16] at the Baylor Hospital in Dallas, where he was taken for a treatment of an ailment.
Mr. Alford was born and reared in Marshall. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph P. Alford.
He is survived by his wife and an adopted daughter; his mother, Mrs. Addie Alford of this city, and the following sisters and brothers; Charlie Alford, New York City; Joe Alford, Chicago, Ill.; Miss Eugenia Alford, Dallas; Miss Anna Alford, Denton; Mrs. Herbert Heckle, Cartersville, Ill.; Mrs. Frank Jones, New Bedford, Mass.
