Clifford was the son of Rex & Evelyn (Bridges) Hudson.
He had two brothers Norman & Stanley Hudson and a sister Rexene.
A brother Tomie (who died as an infant), preceded him in death.
Clifford died at the age of 17 years while having heart surgery in California. It was a new procedure and he started bleeding internally.
At the time of his death, the family lived in Morenci, AZ, where he was enrolled in Morenci High School. In later years, his family retired and moved back to Paris, AR., where they had lived before moving to Richmond, CA, and then going to Morenci, AZ, for work in the copper mines.
