Milton Junction - Mrs. John M. Manogue, 76, life resident of Rock county, died at 5:15 p.m. Sunday at her farm home near Milton Junction after seven and a half months illness.

The former Sarah Kennedy, daughter of William and Elizabeth Masterson Kennedy, was born at Otter Creek, May 24, 1872. She was married to John M. Manogue Sept. 16, 1897, in St. Mary church, Janesville, by Father Roche. Mrs. Manogue was a member of Mother's Confraternity of St. Mary church, Milton Junction.

Surviving are five sons, Leo, William, John and Joseph, all of Milton Junction, and Darrell Manogue of Janesville; four daughters, Mrs. John Fanning and Mrs. Lawrence Godfrey, Milton Junction, Mercedes and Aileen Manogue, both at home; 22 grandchildren, and a brother, William Kennedy, Janesville. Mr. Manogue died in 1943.

The funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Manogue home and at 10 o'clock in St. Mary church, Milton Junction, the Rev. Edward Brill to officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary cemetery, Milton Junction.
