Stauffer, Mrs. Myrtle Stauffer and daughter, Lorena, of Pleasant Valley. Mrs. Long was the daughter of Mr.. and Mrs. G. W. Fowler of this city, and lived here the greater part of her life. Mrs. Sadie Pores of Los Angeles died of erysipelas after a brief illness and was buried at Los Angeles, June 12. Mrs. Pores is a sister of Mrs. George Armel and Alex Fowler of Holton and was a resident of Jackson county several years ago.
