Mrs. Robert B. Taylor died yesterday morning about 10 o'clock at her home, at Buck Hill, near Swansboro. Mrs. Taylor had been in ill health for some time. She was a lady of most lovable character, a devout, consecrated Christian, and a great Sunday-school worker. By her kindly and loving disposition she had endeared herself to a large circle of acquaintances, who sincerely sympathize with the grief-stricken family in their deep affliction. Mrs. Taylor was a sister of Henry H. and Robert Vaden, Mrs. Ben P. Owen, Jr., and Misses Maggie, Lavinia, and Carrie Vaden. The funeral will take place from Meade-Memorial church this afternoon at 5 o'clock. The Richmond Dispatch, Sunday, September 24, 1893.
