Warren V. Blevins, 68, died in the V.A. Hospital in Gainesville early Monday morning following a short illness.

Mr. Blevins lived in High Ridge Estates, Keystone Heights, moving here 5 years ago from Ft. Myers Beach, Fla. He was a retired owner-operator of a lumber supply company in Madison, Ill., was a Navy veteran of WW2, and was a member of the St. Johns Evangelical and Reformed United Church of Christ of Granite City, Illinois.

Survivors include: his wife, Ona Clark Blevins, Keystone Heights; his father, Robert Blevins, Granite City, Ill.; a daughter, JoAnne Harby, Pensacola, Fla; one brother, Curtis Blevins, Granite City, Ill; one sister, Mary Paulette, Granite City, Ill.; and 2 granddaughters.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, Aug. 20, in the Chapel of DeWitt C. Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Budd C. Friedlin officiating. Interment was in the Keystone Heights Cemetery under the direction of DeWitt C. Jones Funeral Home.
