Johnny Bradley Collins of Rutledge, born August 31, 1973 departed this life on August 29, 2008 as the result of a motorcycle accident at the age of 34.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold P. Collins; paternal grandparents, Brad and Hazel Collins; uncle, Charles Edward Collins and maternal grandparents, John and Alma Depew.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela Joyce Collins of Rutledge; her son, Timothy Sewell Morris, and his son, Steffin Thomas Kholer, all of Rutledge; mother and step-father, Linda "Kay" and David Scott of Rutledge; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2008 at the McNeil Funeral Home Chapel in Sneedville, with the Rev. Lester Greene officiating. Interment will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 1, 2008 in the Carroll Cemetery in Sneedville.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, August 31, 2008 at the funeral home.
