Christy Lee Adams, 33, of Broken Bow, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2008, at Broken Bow. She was born June 25, 1975, in Idabel, the daughter of Leon Byrum and Alice (Flowers) McMahon.

Christy was affiliated with the Baptist faith. She enjoyed being around children and playing games such as kickball, baseball, and basketball. Christy also enjoyed drawing.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Cora Byrum, Lee Byrum, and Edward Flowers.

Christy leaves to cherish her memory, her father, Leon Byrum, Broken Bow; mother, Alice McMahon, HollyCreek; grandmother, Tilda Flowers, HollyCreek; one daughter, Taylor Kay Hall, HollyCreek; one brother, Deon Byrum, HollyCreek; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Patricia and Roy English, Broken Bow, Alice Lockeby, Broken Bow, Shiela and Joe Crawford, Lockesburg, AR; two nieces, Deanna Lockeby, and Tanya Evans; two nephews, Glenn Evans and Shane Byrum; numerous aunts, uncles, and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, August 29, 2008, at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at HollyCreek Cemetery, HollyCreek Community.
