28 Mar 1941 - Last rites for Mrs. Marshall T. Hayes, age 68 years, were held at Warren Baptist church last Wednesday at 2 p.m., Rev. W. B. Valentine officiating. Dennis-Green funeral home directing, interment Warren cemetery.
Surviving are husband, Mashall T. Hayes; children, Mrs. Tim Oxley, Mrs. R. H. McComic, Jeff and S. B. Hayes, Mrs. J. W. Oxley, Mrs. Clyde Bell, Mrs. J. C. Blackman, Mrs. Gilbert Blackman, Ed., Lee, Rufus and Theodore Hayes. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; two brothers, George and Jessie Byrd; four sisters, Misses Julia and Emma Byrd, Mrs. Nathan Rhodes and Mrs. J. H. Paul and a host of nieces and nephews.
