Her older siblings were Thomas, Evan & Mary. Nothing further was found on Thomas and Evan & Mary died as infants.
In 1795 Mary married Richard Buckingham, (outside of the Quaker Church). He was the son of James & Mary Jane (Chambers) Buckingham.
The couple apparently lived all of their married lives in New Castle County, DE where they had 12 children.
Their children were: James, Thomas, Lydia, Isaac, Mary, Sarah, Elenora, Hannah, Alban, John, Alice & Jane.
Per an early 9 page family history from a Frank Buckingham both Mary and her husband Richard are buried in this cemetery.
Note, Mary Rice via her grandmother Mary Evans is a descendant of John Evans who in 1695 came to Philadelphia from Radnorshire, Wales.
