Milton- Rose Marie(Babe)Root,of Bert's Trailor Park Milton,passed away suddenly at her home on Friday Aug 7,1987.Born in Burlington on Jan,15,1920,Mrs Root was the daugther of Charles and Stella(Francis) Tucker.On July 20,1939,she married Bernard Root Sr,in Burlington.Besides her husband of Milton, she is survived by nine Children. Mrs Richard(Barbara)Davis of Milton.Bernard Jr and his wife Sandy,of Milton,Richard and his wife Dianne,of Essex Center,Mrs Peter ( Judy) Pratt of Milton,Mrs Marvin(Donna)Mannings of Westford,Ronald of westford,Lourraine Vanslette,of East Fairfield,Larry of Fletcher and Lynn of Shelburne, 23 grandchildren,10 great-grandchildren,and many nices and nephews.A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 9:30 a.m.Tuesday,Aug 11 at St Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Burlington. Interment will follow at the New Mount Calvery Cemetery in Burlington.Arrangements are under the direction of the Elmwood Meunier Funeral Home.97 Elmwood Ave .Burlington.
