Mrs. Ida E. Gates, widow of Harvey W. Gates of Flinton, died Saturday morning at 7:15 o’clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ora Thomas of Blandburg following an extended illness. She was born on Nov. 4, 1876. Surviving are these children: Paul W. Gates, Mrs. Gertrude McKee, Mrs. Elsie Claar, Russell Gates, Mrs. Ruth Fleming, Mrs. Ora Thomas and Miss Esther Gates, and two sisters, Mrs. Rolla Strayer and Mrs. Orrell Shugarts.
