Services for Robert Anthony Barton, 56, of Ruston, LA will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 8, 2004 at Pine Grove Baptist Church under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel with Dr. Michael Hawley officiating. Interment will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery. Mr. Barton passed away Thursday, February 5, 2004 at his residence. He was a self employed landscaper and a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife, Olive Harris Barton of Ruston, LA; his son, Michael Anthony Barton of Austin, TX; his daughter, Dana Rachelle Barton of Littleton, CO; sisters, Brenda Griffith of Dubach, LA and Susie Marsh of West Monroe, LA; and his half sister, Tammy Webster of Tyler, TX. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
