DANVILLE-Leone Chance Arnold,80, of Route 1 died Sunday at her residence.Services will be held at 3 p.m. today in Mount Zion Baptist Church in Danville.Burial will be in Cool Springs Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Danville.Elders Cecil Darity and Franklin Bryant and the Rev. Jeff Slaughter will officiate.
Mrs.Arnold,a native of Twiggs County,was a homemaker and a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband,John D.Arnold Sr. of Danville;two daughters,Vassie A.Bruneau and Johnnie A.Sanders,both of Danville;two sons,J.D.Arnold Jr. of Danville and Jimmy Arnold of Jeffersonville;two brothers,Joseph Chance and Burton Chance,both of Danville; a sister,Nonie Smith of Danville;five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to services.
