Obituary - Brigham City -- Ardis Hunsaker Burbank, 77, passed away on Friday, August 16, 2002 in Brigham City, Utah. She was born on November 7, 1924 in Honeyville, Utah, a daughter of Newman and Eva Chlarson Hunsaker.
Ardis married M. Kenneth Burbank on June 27, 1942 in Malad, Idaho.
Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on January 21, 1943.
She had worked at Jack B. Parson Company as a secretary for 25 years retiring on March 31, 1984. Over the years she enjoyed horseback riding, chariot racing, reading, camping and the annual deer hunt.
Surviving is her husband, Ken of Brigham City; four children, Michael K. Burbank, Las Vegas, Nevada; Troy H. (Jerene) Burbank, Willard, Utah; Marie Burbank, Ogden, Utah; David R.(Anne) Burbank, Brigham City, Utah; five grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
Also surviving are two brothers, Hugh Hunsaker, Omaha, Nebraska; Darwin Hunsaker, Salt Lake City, Utah; one sister, Barbara Jeppsen, Lynnwood, Washington.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, John Braegger; three brothers, Oral Johnnie Hunsaker, Foster Hunsaker and Kless Hunsaker; and one sister, Oreita Larsen.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 19, 2002 at 11 a.m. at the Gillies-Petersen Funeral Chapel, 634 East 200 South, Brigham City. Friends and family may call on Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Honeyville City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 2995 South West Temple, Suite C, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115
