CHARLES F. DALY
Charles F. Daly, 912 NW Fargo, Camas,
died early Tuesday in Vancouver at the age
of 82. He had lived in this area for 30 years
and was a member of the Presbyterian
church.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 this
afternoon, Thursday, at the Stoller Memorial
Chapel with the Rev. John Phipps
officiating.
He was born Sept. 20, 1870 in New
York.
He is survived by his wife, Hattie of
Camas; four daughters, Mrs. Dorothy
Collard, Camas, Mrs. Lettie Young,
Vancouver, Mrs. Mary Mayfield, Camas,
and Mrs. Grace Buckler, Camas; two sons,
William Daly of Los Angeles and Woodrow
Daly of Camas; one sister, Lettie Holmes of
Meadowglade, Wash.; three brothers, J.A.
Daly of Los Angeles, W.B. Daly of Chicago
and W.I. Daly of Sioux Falls, S.D.; four
stepsons, George Sherwood of Milan. MO.,
Lloyd Sherwood of Snoqualmie, Howard
Sherwood, Snoqualmie, and Charles
Sherwood of Longview, Wn.; one step
daughter, Mrs. Alice Barnhart of Roseburg,
Ore.; eleven grandchildren and ten greatgrandchildren.
