Jacob Altman, a retired farmer residing in East Findlay, dropped dead on Sunday at noon. He had been sick for some time with heart trouble, but had arisen in the morning feeling fairly well. After indulging in a smoke he walked toward the bed to lie down, but after reposing a few minutes returned to the kitchen, where he sank down on a chair and died. The funeral will occur to-morrow at Bethlehem church in Marion township. Procession will leave the house of the deceased at ten o'clock in the forenoon.
