Jackson was the son of Lee Roy LeFlore, Sr and Mary Elizabeth Johnson. He came to Bartlesville as a child and attended Douglas School and then College High School where he graduated with the class of 1961. After high school he enlisted in the U. S. Army where he served until honorably discharged in 1967.
He married Doris Miller in 1963, and later married Rosalie Ann Atkins in 1985. He was a member of the Greater First Baptist Church of Bartlesville and is survived by his wife, four children and fourteen grandchildren.
