Carol Ann was born Sept. 7, 1946 in Memphis, TN, to Carroll Gilbert and Melville Elizabeth (Singleton) Marshall. She passed away Saturday, Jan. 18, 2003 at the Atoka Memorial Hospital after a long illness at the age of 57 years, 4 months and 11 days. She attended and graduated from high school in Memphis, TN. She married James Hilliard Spence, Jr. on May 27, 1968 at Leland, MO. He survives her. She was a housewife and homemaker. She was a longtime member of the Tushka First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents. Service will be held Monday, Jan. 20, 2003 at 2 pm at Tushka Cemetery Pavillion in Tushka, OK. Rev. Larry Argo will officiate.
