John A. Blandford Jr., 82, of Karnes City, Texas, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007.
He was born June 22, 1925, in San Antonio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John A. & Olga Liskow Blandford Sr.; an infant brother; and brother Bob Blandford and wife Arline.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Hazel (Walters) Blandford; his children, John Kirk Blandford and wife Vanessa, Benjamin Ed "Bimbo" Blandford and wife Cindy, and Lillian O. Latka and husband Johnny; his grandchildren, John Dale Blandford, Darryl Wayne Blandford, Sarah Harrod and husband Eric, Bettye Royal and husband Joey, J.L. Latka Jr., Cory Latka and wife Liliana, Misty Garibay and husband Tracy, Brandon Blandford and wife Kristin, Julie Nicole Blandford, Ashlea Elizabeth Blandford, and P.J. Blandford Jr.; great-grandchildren Aubry Latka, Logan Marie Latka, and Keelie Blandford, as well as five other great-grandchildren in Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews.
