LINCOLNTON - Mrs. Annie Bell Forrester Wood 95, formerly of Reepsville area of Lincoln County, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1999, at Lincoln Nursing Center.

Funeral is 11 a.m. Friday at Reepsville Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne Haynes officiating and the Rev. Harold King assisting. Burial is in the church cemetery in Vale. The body will lie in state 10:30-11 a.m. Friday at the church. Visitation is 7-8:30 tonight at E.F. Drum Funeral Home, Lincolnton, and other times at the home of Charles Wood, 1101 Park Cir., Apt. 2.

Born May 8, 1903, in Banks County, GA, Mrs. Wood was a daughter of the late Henry Carmichael Forrester and Rosey Bell Garner Forrester, wife of the late George Lavender Wood Sr. and mother of the late James, George and Ted Wood, Bobbie Jean Wood Logan and Louis Wood. She was a homemaker, sales employee of E.F. Drum Funeral Home and a member of Reepsville Baptist Church.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Eugene F. Wood, Coley and Nell Wood, and Charles and Barbara Wood, all of Lincolnton, and Kenneth L. Wood of Leavenworth, KS; daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra W. and Chester Kelly of Lincolnton, Geraldine W. and Ted Szymanski of St. Augustine, FL, and Bettie W. and Harry Biser of Winston-Salem; sister, Lois Westmoreland of Lula, GA; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

E.F. Drum Funeral Home, Lincolnton, is in charge.
