Mary Abigail Windsor Dickinson, age 102, passed away on August 13, 2008 in West Valley City, Utah.


Born May 12, 1906 in Jackson, New Mexico, a daughter of Elijah Perry and Eliza Ann Hamblin Windsor. Married James Henry Dickinson on March 27, 1924 in Panguitch, Utah. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on September 7, 1937. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Member of the LDS Church, where she taught Primary for 25 years; Relief Society for 15 years and Sunday School for three years.


Survived by children: LaVell (Lee) Jensen, James Howard Dickinson, Barbara Sroufe, Keith (Merrilyn) Dickinson, Ross (Jean) Dickinson, Lola (Robert) Sedgwick, Ronald (Jeniene) Dickinson, Jerri (Dale) Jenkins; 38 grandchildren, 63 great-grand children, and 127 great-great-grandchildren.


Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 12:00 noon at the Taylorsville 12th Ward Chapel, 4505 South 3420 West. Friends may call on Monday from 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and on Tuesday from 11-11:45 a.m. at the Church.
Interment: Lake Hills Memorial Park.
