Charles W Blair Jr, 38, of Illiopolis died at 12:01am Monday at Memorial Medical Center.
Mr Blair was born in Springfield. He was a graduate of Griffin High School, University of Illinois and a graduate student of the University of Chicago. He was preceded in death by a brother JE Blair in 1976.
Surviving are his parents, Mr and Mrs Charles Blair of Illiopolis; one brother, Steven of Illiopolis; one sister Mrs Michael (Jean) Daley of Springfield; a grandmother Mrs Laura M Albertsen of Springfield; several nieces and nephews; and one uncle.
Private services were held.
