Charles L Blair, 71, formerly of Illiopolis, died at 3am Tuesday in St Mary's Hospital in Decatur.

Services will be at 9am Thursday in St Patrick Church in Decatur. Burial will. Be at Calvary Cemetery here. The body is at Dawson-Wikoff Funeral Home at Decatur.

He is survived by the wife, the former Florence Tess; four sons, Richard, Charles and Edward J, all of Illiopolis, Robert of Skokie; one stepson Robert M Quickel of Decatur; two sisters, Miss Margaret Blair, Miss Catherine Blair, two brothers, John and Edward, all of Illiopolis.
