Carlisle, Pa. Feb. 13. - Howard M. Koser, of Newville, was found dead this morning, having frozen to death during the night. He left this place against the advice of friends, as it was a bitter cold night. When within three miles of home he was overcome with the cold. He was found by A. M. Swartz lying near his house in the road. It is supposed the sleigh got into a drift and Koser fell out. He was 44 years old and left a widow and eight children.
