2003 - Estate auction of Lulu Beirman held at Rogers Community Auction. Winiford Miller Martin estate executor. The sale contained a large assortment from several generations, with items dating back to early 1800's.
A fine assortment of unwashed quilts from 1880's brought very high prices in thousands. Sold to dealers The sale contained all items found in an 1800's kitchen, drysink, spinning wheel, home spun textiles, dolls. Most of the items were sold off to collectors and or antique dealers. Being curious, I approached one buyer of a quilt that sold for over $1500 and asked if she was a relative, surprisingly her answer was, no, she planned to sell on ebay.

There were a number of photographs of interest to the family, unfortunately they went very very high.
Poster did purchase an old photobook beginning with the photo of Benjamin Rupert b. 1817 and Elizabeth Susannah Rummell. Still sorting out pictures, and identifying.

Other photograph albums went to various antique dealers. The original marriage fraktur of Samuel Rupert to Harriet Yarian was sold.

A collection of Fairfield School class photographs for every year Miss Lulu taught and attended school were also sold off with a number of Beirman very old photographs.

It was an interesting sale containing with so many items from an original 1800's estate have not made way to the public, nor come out of any household like this for some time. It was a good collection.
