OTTERBEIN - Harry Marshell Peugh, 75, died at 6:45 AM Sunday [June 22, 1987] in St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, Lafayette. He was born Sept. 15, 1911, in Washington County, IN, and attended Peugh School. He was reared in Washington County, moving to Otterbein in 1936. His marriage was April 18, 1933, at Brownstown, to Elsie Cole, who survives.
Mr. Peugh had been engaged in farming in White and Benton counties. He later worked at Millburn Peat Moss Company, Otterbein, for 16 years until retiring. He attended Otterbein Baptist Church.
Surviving with his widow are a daughter, Wanda Mae (Mrs. Glen) Asher of Otterbein; his twin brother, Harold Peugh of Aurora, IN, another brother, Murl Peugh of Vallonia, IN; one sister, Nelle Payne of Salem, IN; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
