Mr. Peugh had been engaged in farming in White and Benton counties. He later worked at Millburn Peat Moss Company, Otterbein, for 16 years until retiring. He attended Otterbein Baptist Church.
Surviving with his widow are a daughter, Wanda Mae (Mrs. Glen) Asher of Otterbein; his twin brother, Harold Peugh of Aurora, IN, another brother, Murl Peugh of Vallonia, IN; one sister, Nelle Payne of Salem, IN; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
