Hanna City, Ill.Rosemary Duley, 83, died at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday August 6, 2008 at Graham Hospital in Canton.
Born November 24, 1924 in Kickapoo to Charles and Cecelia (Loescher) Stenger. She married Don Duley October 1, 1947 in Kickapoo. He survives.
Surviving are six children, Steve (Sandie) of Pulaski, WI, Bob (Cindy) of Farmington, Ron of Livermore, CA, Tom (Pat) of Lexington, IL, Charlene (Chuck) McCollum of Peoria, Gary (Tammy) of Hanna City; five brothers, Don (Eva) of Kickapoo, Gene (Helen) of Chicago, Ray (Mary) of Kickapoo, Andy (Ollie) of Kickapoo, Chuck (and the late Elda) of Peoria; four sisters, Marg (and the late Val) Nauman of Kickapoo, Sister Jean Francis of Peoria, Mary Louise Stenger of Milwaukee, WI, Ceil (and the late Vernon) Guth of Metamora. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sister Dorothy (the late Wilbur) Cluskey.
Rosemary was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Elmwood where she was a past member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
Rosemary was a homemaker for over 60 years. She was a wonderful, loving, and caring woman who will be greatly missed by all of us.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m Saturday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Elmwood where visitation will be held from 9-11 a.m at the church. Rev. Paul Stiene will officiate. Burial will be at Elmwood Township Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
