MARRIAGE ANNOUNCED: Invitations have been issued to the marriage of Miss Annie Beulah Brigham to Mr. George Franklin Brinson, at the home of the bride's fathe, Dr. J. C. Brigham, at Girard, Wednesday December 11, at 11 o'clock a.m. They will take a trip to Florida.

MARRIED: Miss Annie B. Brigham and Mr. Geo F. Brinson were married at the home of the bride's parents, Dr. J. C. Brigham, of Girard, Wednesday evening. This is one of the most brilliant events of the season in that village, and was well attened as both of the contracting parties are from two of the oldest and best families and have many admirers. THE CITIZEN tenders its congratulations and regrets that it could not procure a more detailed account of the happy event.

MR. GEO F. BRINSON DIED TUESDAY EVENING
After a protracted illness of many months Mr. George F. Brinson died last Tuesday evening at the home of his mother, Mrs. M. E. Brinson. He was about 35 years of age and with the exception of a few years as a citizen of Dublin, he was a resident of Burke, his native county. His remians were interred at Sardis church Wednesday by the side of his wife and children who preceeded him to the grave several years ago. The funeral servics were conducted by Rev. C.W. Durden, pastor of Baptist church and Abide With Me and Nearer My God To Thee were sweetly rendered by Miss Perry, Miss Willie Wimberly, Mr. Roger Hurst and Mr. Elba Bledsoe.
The pallbeareres were Messrs. Jno F. McElmurrray, Jr., S.C. Jones, S.E. Dinkins, J.L. Herrington, R.C. Hurst, R.D. Chandler, Edgar Bargeron and Elba Bledsoe.
The sorrowing mother and relatives have the sympathy of friends to comfort them in their bereavement.
