Funeral services for Mrs. Belle Parish Smith, 92, of Call, Texas will be held at 2pm Wednesday in Trout Creek Baptist Church, The Reverend H.W. McDaniel, Baptist minister, will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Causey's E.E. Stringer Funeral Home in charge.

She died at 11:50 pm Monday, May 10, 1971 in Buna Nursing Home after a long illness.

A native of Shelby County she lived in the area for 30 years and was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors are 118 direct descendents; one daughter, Miss Evie Smith of Call; six sons, Henry Smith of San Augustine, Elmon Smith of Spurger, Johnny Smith of Woodville, Lewis and Roy Smith, both of Call and Hoyt Smith of Silsbee; 28 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
