Mary Gatewood Culver, 94, Glasgow, died Monday, August 04, 2008 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A daughter of the late James and Emma Gatewood Bagby, she was a retired teacher with the Glasgow and Barren County School Systems and a member of the Coral Hill Church of Christ. She was the widow of the late Hughie Culver.

Survivors include one nephew, Robert Franklin Bagby and wife, Catherine; one great-niece, Cynthia Peden and husband, Don; one great-nephew, Robert Alan Bagby and wife, Micki; two sisters-in-law, Ella Lewis Johnson and Louise Culver; one brother-in-law, Leslie Dean, all of Glasgow; 5 great-great nieces and nephews and numerous nieces and nephews of the Culver Family.

Burial was in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
