BEDFORD — Clydia L. Love, 84, of Bedford, died at 1:05 a.m. Monday at the home of her daughter in North Vernon.
Born April 12, 1924, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Herbert and Leona (Wilcox) Goen. She married Floyd J. Love on June 15, 1944, and he died on February 10, 2003.
She retired from the Robertson Corporation of Bedford in 1993. She was a member of First Church of God in Bedford and a Pink Lady Volunteer at Dunn Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her daughter, Lea Ann (Russell) Vaught of North Vernon; four grandchildren: Jeff Atchison and wife Mandi, Travis Atchison and wife Raegan, Ashley Atchison and Angela (Atchison) Zumhingst; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers: Ernest, Paul, Hubert and Clarence Goen; and two sisters: Lucretia Dalton and Anna Goen.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday from the Elmwood Chapel of Day & Carter Mortuary with Kenny Dalton officiating. Burial will follow in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
