Mrs. Elease J. Thompson, widow of Jack A. Thompson, of 22 Cleveland St., died Wednesday at a local hospital. Funeral will be at 4:14 p.m. Thursday at Stuhr's Downtown Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Park. Mrs. Thompson was born Dec. 1, 1890 at Holly Hill, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Brownlee. She was a Baptist. Surviving are: two sons, Fred E. Thompson of Mount Pleasant and Jack A. Thompson of Charleston; two sisters, Mrs. L. M. Heaton of Reevesville and Miss N. Brownlee of Holly Hill; two brothers, Marion Brownlee of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Virgil Brownlee of Holly Hill; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
