OBITUARY FOR:
Myrtle Luckes, a former life-long Saulte Ste. Marie resident, died Monday afternoon at her home in Miami, FL.
She was a member of the Central United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star. Her husband, Frank Luckes died Sept. 26, 1971.
She is survived by two sons, Robert of Milwaukee, WI, and Clinton of Los Angeles; three daughters, Mrs. Meda Green of El Paso, TX, Mrs. Shirley Worsham of Coral Gables, FL, and Georgina Luckes of Newberry; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Also surviving are a sister, May Wilson, and a brother, George Albrough, both of the Sault.
Calling hours at the Hovie Funeral Home will be Thurs. afternoon and evening. An Eastern Star memorial service will be held at 7 pm.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 am Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Theodore Doane officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.
