bamma bryant, 87, she resided with her daughter flora booth at patriot, ohio formerly of harts, passed away monday, july 07,2008 at her son's residence at harts, wva. she was born march 6th,1921 at whirlwind, harts wva and was the daughter of the late alec and oma(smith)hensley.in addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her ex husband edward bryant;3 sons,j.t.,charles,and howard bryant;2 sisters, lula white and faye nester.she was a member of the mudfork freewill baptist chruch. she enjoyed making quilts,crocheting, working puzzle books, and working in her flower beds.she is surived by 6 children and their spouses, lester bryant of gallipolis,ohio,eugene and linda bryant of huntington, wv, matthew bryant of harts,wv, oma and boyd basiden of sullivan,ohio, flora and howard booth of gallipolis,ohio, mary midkiff of godbey heights, wv;2 daughter-in-laws, katie bryant of logan and ellen bryant of elyria, ohio. she has 35 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.she is greatly loved and sadly missed by all.
