Mrs. Margaret Bowers died of paralysis at the home of James Willis in Bellwood at 3 o'clock on Sunday afternoon last. The funeral will leave at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning and proceed to the Bellwood Catholic Church, where services will be held. Internment in St. John's cemetery, (Altoona, Pa) this city.

Margaret was married to Adam Bowers who died in 1864 from disease incurred at the front lines in Petersburg, Va during the Civil War. She was earlier married to Valentine Crook or Krug. The home where she died was the home of her daughter Agnes Wills and husband James.
