Thomas Florence, 61, Succumbs to Illness
Thomas E Florence, 61, died today in St. Joeseph's Hospital at Lewiston where he had been a patient for two weeks.
Mr Florence was born in Edwall, Washington, and came with his family to Lapwai in 1896. He moved to Asotin six years later and to Clarkston in 1925. He was a commercial painter.
Besides his widow, Alta, he is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Waite, Pomeroy, and a brother, Louis, of Clarkston.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Monday at Merchant's Chapel, the Rev. Ralph Helseth officiating. Burial will be at Vineland Cemetery.
