Susie Mae (Gamet) Bateman Wolfe, 94, a Lewiston homemaker, died of causes related to age Tuesday at her home. She was 94.

She was born March 24, 1904, to Wilbur B. and Minerva L. Yocom Gamet at Mohler, between Craigmont and Nezperce. As a young girl, she moved to the Lapwai area with her family and attended schools there.

She married Charlie Bateman in 1921 at Lapwai. He died in 1951.

She married J.C. "Tom" Wolfe in 1953 in Coeur d'Alene. In 1954 they moved to Worley, Idaho, where he worked as a logger. He died in 1977. She moved to Lewiston in 1984.

She was a member of the Clarkston Church of God and the Sunshine Circle, the women's organization. She enjoyed being with her family and grandchildren.

In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by two sons, Wesley and Harold Bateman; two sisters; and six brothers.

The family suggests memorials to the Clarkston Church of God Building Fund, 910 Sycamore St., Clarkston 99403.
