Mrs. Mary Fennel Sewell

Mrs. Mary Fennell Sewell, 92, Decatur 1, widow of the late William H. Sewell, died at 2:20 a.m. today at Colonial Rest Home following a two-year illness.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Sam P. Lile, Trinity; Mrs. Rebecca Bishoff, Birchwood, Tenn; one son, John B. Sewell, Trinity; one sister; Mrs. L.G. Deloney, Trinity; one brother, Ben K. Fennel, Lexington; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

The body will be taken to the home of a daughter, Mrs. Sam P. Lile, Trinity, around 4 p.m. today. The funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. from Trinity Methodist Church. The service will be conducted by Rev. Dan Kitchens, assisted by Rev. Charles Vest. Interment will be in Decatur City Cemetery, Guntharp Funeral Home directing.

Pallbearers will be Earl Riggs, Garth Kimbrel, John Lile, Louie Glenn, Clarence Phillips, and Leroy Dietz.

Mrs. Sewell had been a resident of Trinity for 64 years.
