She was born at Junction City, the daughter of Fred and Mabel Howard Baker. She moved to Sodaville in 19??.
She married Francis M. Kau in 1924 in Eugene and they lived at Sodaville until 1952 when they moved to California. They returned to Sodaville in 1970. Mr. Kau died Sept. 27, 1980. Mrs. Kau moved to Lebanon in 19?? (illegible).
In California, Mrs. Kau worked at a U.S. Plywood mill and at Trees of Mystery and Trees Motel.
She belonged to the ?? Church and to the Crowfoot grange. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, quilting, hunting and fishing.
